JD for telesales representative : handles all kinds of telephonic conversations representing a company *Customer contact: Calling customers to introduce products or services, answer questions, and provide customer support *Lead generation: Generating leads by contacting potential and existing customers *Sales conversion: Converting leads into sales by using a sales script to qualify prospects *Customer feedback: Recording customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries *Customer service: Maintaining customer service by following up with customers after purchases and keeping them updated on new offers *Market research: Conducting market research to address customers *Sales reports: Preparing sales reports and comparing competitors' offers *Database management: Maintaining an updated customer database *Call direction: Directing calls to other departments *Industry trends: Staying aware of the latest industry trends Eligibility : - Any Bachelor's degree (preferable in business or marketing) - Min 1 year of sales experience - good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and listen actively, strong sales skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, Time management and organizational skills
