About the job: We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Fairvalue Insuretech Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to promote our insurance products and services. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls for Life Insurance Renewal also to generate leads and get customer registerd on portal 2. Explain our insurance products and services to potential customers in a clear and concise manner. 4. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers.
