Job Description

1. Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective clients, ensuring clear and effective communication in Hindi and other languages. 2. Manage email campaigns, including drafting, sending, and tracking responses to maximize engagement. 3. Handle social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies and improve outreach efforts across multiple platforms.
