Job Description

· Service Existing Clients with better consumer experience with Feedback of Deliveries, Quality and After Sales Service. · Regular follow ups for new sales and Payments · Follow up of new leads generated from Online Sources like Website, India Mart, Trade India, Udaan, etc. · Regular update of Company Products on Various Online Channels Like Indiamart, Ali Baba, Trade India, etc., · Make Quotation Domestic as well as Export as per client Demands · Regularly Enhance Product and Company Knowledge for better consumer service. · To maintain MIS of all Client Interactions and Proceedings in Excel. · Basic Accounting Software Knowledge Like Tally, Microsoft Office. · Banking Communication. · Take regular customer feedbacks for better services and Products. · Generate New Export and Consumer Clients Prospect List with Online Market sources and Personal Skill Set · Managing the time lag of Sales Order with timely communication with company for Dispatch. · Planning new strategies for more client satisfaction and growth of Business · Must take any other works as assigned by Company management Must be comfortable in Hindi and should know basic English
