Job Description

Position Overview: The Sales Caller is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sales support. Proficiency in CRM management and basic knowledge of Excel are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate must generate leads through daily calls and proactively engage potential customers. The candidate should also develop and refine sales scripts to optimize customer interactions and improve conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:CRM Management & Data Handling: - Update and manage customer data in the CRM system. - Track sales performance and generate reports for management. - Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in CRM software. Client Communication & Relationship Management: - Serve as a point of contact between clients and the Business Development team. Lead Generation & Daily Calls: - Generate leads through daily outbound calls. - Engage with potential customers and assess their interest in products/services. - Convert potential clients effectively through strategic communication and follow-ups. - Ensure proper client onboarding and maintain long-term engagement with new customers. - Identify and prioritize hot leads based on engagement and potential conversion. - Develop strategies to nurture and convert hot leads efficiently. - Maintain a structured calling schedule to maximize outreach and conversion rates. Excel & Reporting: - Utilize Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and report generation. - Prepare sales forecasts and performance summaries. - Assist in monitoring key sales metrics and trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support. - Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Working Conditions: - Full-time position in a professional work environment. - May require occasional travel for client meetings or industry events. - Performance-driven culture with opportunities for career growth.
