Job Title : Telecalling Executive Location : Bakkalam, Kannur Work Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Experience Required : 1 to 3 years About Us : Truesence is an emerging brand in the field of online education, committed to delivering quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell online courses. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales. Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM. Provide accurate information and support to prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales and incentive targets. Requirements : Degree / MBA preferred Experience in telecalling or telesales, particularly in online course sales, will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Both male and female candidates can apply. Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives) Why Join Us?
