Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into customers. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns professionally. Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the management. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Job Requirements Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
