The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing clients, explaining our astrology services, and scheduling appointments. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, we’d love to have you on our team! Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce astrology services. Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings. Schedule client appointments and follow up on leads. Maintain records of client interactions in a structured database. Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication. Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Basic knowledge of astrology services is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using basic computer software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
