Roles and Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce high-quality parts. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems as needed. Read engineering drawings and program CNC machines using drawing reading skills. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in CNC programming (VMC) or equivalent. Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices. Proficiency in creating complex CNC programs for various materials (e.g., metals). Ability to read technical drawings accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.
