Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide technical support and communicate directly with customers and distributors through our website or other communications channels. Identify the specific products meeting the customers requirements or specify alternative product options for the customer. Provides technical data information and guidance to the customer where to find this data on the website. Comparison of products using drawing/specifications to find a better alternative for Competitor Products Supporting Email Tech queries globally Track the volume, content and outcomes of enquiries received and use this to recommend improvements to the web content, navigation and functionality. Pro-actively identify and recommend improvements to website, systems and processes to enhance the customer service and customer experience over the website. Ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved to target. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record providing technical or FAE support in the field of connectors or similar electronic engineering products. Knowledge of electronic design, specifications and standards required. Language skills fluent in written and spoken English, additional Asian languages a plus. Must demonstrate collaboration skills, team working and influencing skills. Customer service-oriented Able to multi-task and prioritise with minimal supervision.
