Job Role : Technical Project Manager (TPM) Location : Noida/Gurgaon/Mumbai Fulltime Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Testing, DevOps, and Migration. • Manage timelines and deliverables for the migration of thousands of applications. • Interface with Blackrock stakeholders, ensuring progress and risk management. • Collaborate on capacity ramp-up plans and resource deployment. • Drive coordination across teams in various geographies. Requirements: • 8+ years of technical project/program management experience. • Experience in database migration projects. • Familiarity with ANSI SQL, Java, Python, Perl, C++, Golang environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder management. • Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
