Job Description

To drive the technical vision, build scalable infrastructure, and lead our engineering efforts to power next-gen AI-enabled learning experiences. Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence Lead the strategy for technology. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. Regularly Review and ensure code standards Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations for deliverables and enhancements Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience in working as Head of Technology Strong knowledge of web and mobile architecture, scalable systems, and cloud-native solutions. Experience in Flutter, React JS, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, Azure etc Experience with live video streaming, AI-based systems, and SaaS platforms. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with complex project management Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology. Exceptional team management skills.
