Description
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with expertise in Front End, Backend and Database. The preferred experience is in ASP.Net, C#, .Net Core, Angular 7+, React, React.Js , SQL, MySQL and Azure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web development technologies and cloud platforms. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and organization. What You Will Do In this role: 1. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using any of the Frontend, Backend and Database technologies like ASP.Net, C#, Angular 7+, .Net Core, React, Java, NodeJs, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB. 2. Front-end Development: Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular 7 or React to ensure an excellent user experience. 3. Back-end Development: Create efficient and scalable server-side components and APIs using Asp.Net, .Net Core, C#, Java, NodeJs etc. 4. Database Management: Design and optimize databases like SQL/MySQL/MogoDB to ensure data integrity, security, and performance. 5. Cloud Integration: Implement and deploy applications on Azure, leveraging cloud services for scalability, reliability, and security. 6. Code Review: Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding best practices are followed. 7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests and participate in integration testing to maintain high-quality code. 8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, architectural diagrams, and code documentation. 9. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. 10. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability. 11. Adherence to Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the software remains up-to-date and competitive. 12. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within budget. 13. Leadership: Leading the team of developers and QA to ensure smooth deliveries of the product. Owning the design and solutioning the work planned and unplanned work. Driving the success of the team by ensuring the work is finished on time and maintaining the quality of the software. Must Have: 1. Must have at least 10 years of Software/Application Development Experience in web technologies. 2. Must have good experience on any of the Frontend and Backend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular , ASP.Net, C#, .Net Core , NodeJs etc. 3. Must have good hands-on experience of Object-Oriented concepts. 4. Must have good experience on any of the databases like SQL or MySQL. 5. Must be a problem solver with innovation thinking. 6. Must actively Participate in all SCRUM/SAFe ceremonies. 7. Must have experience with leading the team of Developers and QAs in Agile way of working. Should Have: 1. Should participate in designs, HLDs, LLDs, architectures etc. 2. Should participate in estimating PBIs, stories and tasks. 3. Should follow best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality. 4. Should be able to work in fast-paced environment with cross functional teams. 5. Should be able to demonstrate and adhere to the Agile/Lean/SAFe practices. 6. Should have good hands-on experience in any of the version control or source control tools. Ex. Git, Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, SVN etc. 7. Should be good in system testing, integration testing. 8. Should have good hands-on experience in writing unit test cases to ensure maximum code coverage. 9. Should be able to demonstrate the progress to relevant stakeholders. Good to Have: 1. Understanding of Dev Ops and DevSec Ops practices. 2. Understanding of cloud platforms like, Azure, AWS, GCloud etc. 3. Knowledge on writing project documents. Ex. User manuals, User Guides, API Specifications, FSD etc. 4. Experience on creating mock ups, wireframes. 5. Designing or executing test cases for the features. 6. Knowledge on using Microsoft tools. 7. Experience working with SAFe. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. 10 to 13 years of experience in software development, Application Development, Web Development, Product Development. Proficiency in front-end and back-end development with a strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with database design, optimization, and SQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience working on Agile teams. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Certifications related to Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms are a plus.
