About the Role The role involves developing and implementing effective strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition while increasing customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high productivity levels. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce shrinkage, attrition, and increase CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). Ensure timely completion of tasks, meetings, and deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity. Analyze KPIs such as Shrinkage Control, Attrition Control, and collection performance to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Min 1 year of experience required as team leader in collection process or banking collection in a BPO. Required Skills Proven track record in managing teams effectively. Must have Dialer experience in a BPO. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in customer service as a Team leader in a BPO.
