Hiring Alert: Team Leader Last Mile Operations Location : Rayalseema Region (Kadapa, Ananthapur, Chittoor, Tirupati, Kurnool) Company : Flipkart Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Last Mile Operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in blue-collar hiring, logistics, and warehouse operations. The role requires managing 50+ delivery executives in the Rayalseema region, so local candidates who can speak and write in Telugu will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee last mile delivery operations across the assigned hub locations. - Manage and lead a team of delivery executives, ensuring efficiency and high performance. - Handle blue-collar hiring processes and ensure proper recruitment and training for field employees. - Ensure smooth logistics and warehouse operations in collaboration with internal teams. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, logistics, or warehouse operations. - Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment and handling large teams. - Bachelors degree is mandatory. - Fluency in Telugu (both speaking and writing) is required. Salary: Competitive with a decent hike on current CTC.
