Job Description

1. Focus on the main elements of zone Activities. a) Achievement of production b) Continuous improvement c) Development of staff. 2. Manage the Zone & Achieve the Daily KPIs. 3. To establish and manage line / Team of operators and work with them closely. EXPECTED END RESULTS Achieve Body Shop OEE Achieve Quality targets of Metal/Paint/Trim Metal DPHU, OK VES and SAVES result. Adherence of TPM and Training to the Team for consistent performance Enhancement. Create Better Working environment by adherence to Safety standards as per Body Shop and RNAIPL requirements. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Follow Production Plan and execute the Production for Achieving Daily activities. Quick analysis of Quality issues and fix Counter measure. Execution of Training of the respective team. Execution of TPM in respective zone. Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards as per Company Policy. Follow RNAIPL Safety rule and best practices.
