Job Title: Guest Experience Manager Location: Hotel Tanveer, Kurali, Punjab About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly responsible Guest Experience Manager to oversee front desk operations, guest relations, banquet functions, and seasonal sales performance at our hotel. This is a multi-faceted role requiring strong organizational skills, people management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate will be both detail-oriented and customer-focused, ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Guest Experience Manage all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries. Ensure smooth day-to-day guest interactions, from room bookings to food orders. Maintain high standards of service to maximize customer satisfaction and reviews. Finance & Compliance Oversee and assist in filing GST and taxes for the business. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with financial requirements. Sales & Bookings Drive room and hall bookings through client interaction and follow-ups. Meet seasonal sales targets and ensure revenue goals are achieved. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Banquets & Events Coordinate and manage all banquet hall bookings for small and large events. Oversee pre-event, on-day, and post-event activities, ensuring smooth execution of weddings, corporate gatherings, and social functions. Manage guest requirements for large-scale functions (300–400+ guests) and ensure all departments are aligned. Leadership & Accountability Act as a single point of accountability during events and peak seasons. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping service quality consistent. Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations. Work Schedule: Hospitality is not a 9-to-5 industry. During peak seasons (November and February), extended hours and day-to-night availability will be required to handle back-to-back weddings and functions. In return, during the off-season, you will enjoy more flexibility and balanced time off. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or client relations preferred. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Organized, proactive, and customer-first mindset. Comfort with financial recordkeeping, GST filing, and sales targets. Moderate to advanced computer skills are mandatory – we do not have the time to train on basics. Familiarity with hospitality and business tools/software, including: EZee Absolute (by YCS) – Cloud PMS Busy – Accounting & GST filing Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTAs Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive Perks: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
