Job Purpose The incumbent has to develop and expand the skill sets of an existing employee base within the parameters of the company's needs and goals. He should be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. Track and analyze talent data to identify trends and areas for improvement Learning & Development Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including both online and in-person training Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make changes as needed.
