Role & responsibilities Required Sales Executive -2 Location: 1. Kolkata (West Bengal) 2. Bihar, Jharkhand & Orissa 1. Increase Sales from Wholesale Business:- A.Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. B. Ensure Sales Traget (Value and Volume) are achived Monthly , Qualterly and Annually. 2. Increase Net Realization by improving product mix. 3. Ensure increase Working Capital Efficiency. 4. Ensure Credit Outstanding Control as per Policy. 5. Relationship Management with Distributors:- A. Increarse business potential. B. Scheme Management C. Promotions and advertising campaigns, D. Provide merchandising assistance 6.To motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets. 7. Improve Adherence to Key Sales Points. 8.Ensure submission of Complete Demand Forecasts as per Timelines. 9. Complete & Timely reviews 10. Knowledge of Market & Its Dynamics 11. Exposure of Sales in rural and urban markets 12. Proficiency in Business Development, Operations and Sales & Marketing activities 13. Proficient in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational / administrative effectiveness and meeting operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
