Role & responsibilities Brand Positioning : Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Brand Strategy : Translate brands strategies into plans and Execution . Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics. Design and Implement innovative growth strategies. Team Management : Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives. Understanding of target Audience : Lead creative development to target the audience. Understating of 5Ps : Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. ROI Assessment : Marketing Budget, achieving profits and sales numbers over specific timelines . Analytical Management : Measure and Analysis report for performance of all marketing campaigns,. Market Knowledge : Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. Understating of Consumer Behavior : Monitor product sales trend and consumer reactions. Preferred candidate profile Should understand the industry & industry trends along with product knowledge, must understand consumer perception and expectation for the brand/Product. Working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand manager. Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies Experience in team handling. Experience in E-commerce business in any category, preferably Sports. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. Data-driven approach.
