Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline. Assist in the creation and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
