Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds of interviews. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Keep job postings up to date and manage applicant tracking systems. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Provide timely updates on application status and feedback. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the companys employer brand through social media and other recruitment marketing strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
