End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for various roles within Nykaa Beauty, from identifying job requirements to posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including leveraging social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment tools. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and offer recruitment solutions. Candidate Experience: Create a positive and seamless recruitment experience for candidates by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the information and resources needed for a smooth transition. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to continually enhance the recruitment process. Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per- hire, and quality of hire.
