Job Description : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Ensure a positive assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on assessments. Data Management: Generate reports on recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.). Employer Branding: Promote the organizations culture and values to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance employer visibility. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing feedback and status updates.
