Job Description: Technical Recruiter We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for meeting and hiring candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and crafting compelling job descriptions for vital roles within our organization. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our recruitment process. Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Write clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions that effectively communicate the roles and responsibilities of technical positions. Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top technical talent. Assess candidates' qualifications and technical skills to determine their suitability for specific job roles. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to effectively evaluate candidates' capabilities and match them with job requirements. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and feedback. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onbording process for new hires. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of technical jobs, skills, and the needs of technical roles across different industries. Exceptional sourcing and networking skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract and engage top technical talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and a track record of meeting deadlines and targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
