Urgent Require Talent Acquisition Cum HR Generalist Exe / Junior Officer Job description Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify top talent. Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct interviews via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for transparency. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Negotiate job offers, salary, and compensation packages. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Prepare TNA (Training Need Analysis) accordingly Prepare Training Calendar Assist H.O.D for yearly Appraisal System. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a engineering-focused environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Exceptional interviewing, sourcing, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have 5-6 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR generalist jobs.
