Role & responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to all employees, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for new users. Ensure timely resolution of issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage and maintain the companys local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi systems, and internet connections. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure high availability of network services. Work with external vendors for advanced network solutions or troubleshooting. Perform regular system backups and restore operations to safeguard company data. Manage cloud services & ensure proper access and functionality. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs, to protect company data. Ensure compliance with IT policies and guidelines, and participate in audits or assessments as needed. Manage hardware and software inventory and procure new equipment as needed. Work with external vendors for the purchase of IT equipment, software licensing, and service agreements. Manage relationships with third-party service providers for maintenance and technical support.
