Job Responsibilities : The Summer Internship Programme at Reliance has been designed to draw the management students# imagination and creativity, as well as their ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results. Effectively assess the problem statement/project statement, derive valuable insights through industry benchmarking or data provided internally and arrive at plausible recommendations/solutions Recommend and (or) oversee end to end execution of project, if possible Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of his/her project Develop mutually benefiting partnerships with internal/ external stakeholders by establishing trusting relationships Education Requirement : Working knowledge of software applications for analysis and reporting # like MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint etc. Good analytical and research capabilities with an ability to challenge conventional thinking. The candidate should be in the first year of the MBA programme, pursuing Master#s degree in Management from a premier B-School Should be open to work at a plant (manufacturing location) Approximately 0-3 years# experience in a corporate environment; the internship is open to candidates with no prior experience as well. Experience Requirement : Aspiring Minds# Cognitive Ability Test(AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, Personal Interview# Skills & Competencies : Good written and verbal communication Attention to detail.
