Job Description

Responsibilities: · Guide and counsel students on academic matters, course selection, and career paths. · Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by CB Tech Academy. · Assist students in understanding the admission requirements and application processes. · Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to help students identify their academic goals and develop personalized plans. · Assess students' interests, skills, and abilities to recommend suitable courses and career options. · Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success and satisfaction. · Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes. · Stay updated with industry trends and changes in educational policies. · Contribute to the overall growth and development of CB Tech Academy's academic counselling services. Skills Required Smart and confident Pleasant and positive attitude Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field. Bachelor's degree with 0 to 5 years’ experience in counselling Should have counselling skills Communication and listening skills Must be able to work under tight deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
