Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented as per visual merchandising standards. Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Participate in regular stock audits and inventory management. Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
