Job Description Responsibilities for the role Strong Orientation towards achievement of Store Sales Targets Driving Retail KPI's at the store (ABS, ABV, Conversion etc) Footfalls generation at the store ( through different BTL activities, customer repeat activities, customer engagement activities etc) Delivering excellent customer experience thereby driving better customer repeats. Store Operational Health- (Excellent in maintaining SOPs at the store, store hygiene, look & feel of the store) Inventory Management (Daily Stock Count process, proper tracking & reporting of damage/defective zero shrinkage, stock analysis etc) Store Profitability Financial Compliances (including cash & card compliances) Requirements Competencies for the role Aggressive, Passionate & stronger Hunger for performance/business. Sharp Retail Business Acumen ( good understanding of Retail KPI's, store #, P&L, stock etc. Excellent Communication Skills Good in Maintaining Customer Loyalty & developing rapport with customers Strong Leadership Skills (including team building, motivation & management) Strong Analysis & Interpretation Skills (Space to sales, inventory analysis, store layout changes to increase sales etc ) Out of the box thinking & innovative ideas to drive # & deliver a better customer experience Eligibility - Preferably MBA with ideally 3-4 years of work experience, having handled a complete store as a Store Manager either in Fashion/Lifestyle category or with Beauty category.
