Hello, We are looking for a Store Manager-Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Industry... Experience: 8+ Yrs Salary: UP TO 40K Location: Sec 8, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Manage and control inventory of electrical and electronic components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward movement of materials using ERP systems (Tally, or equivalent). Supervise unloading, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement FIFO/LIFO, material codification, and shelf-life tracking systems. Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth supply chain and minimal downtime. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with EHS norms. Lead and mentor store staff; ensure adherence to SOPs and timely task execution. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, stock levels, and material movement. Ensure proper identification, tagging, and traceability of all stored items. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounts, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field preferred. 8–9 years of relevant experience in store management within a manufacturing industry (preferably electrical/electronic). Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Knowledge of 5S, lean inventory practices, and documentation as per ISO/quality audits.
