Job Title: Store Keeper & Inventory Manage Location: [Rohini Sec-32 Delhi] Department: Store/Warehouse Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper & Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our store and inventory system. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of store functions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update inventory records using software (Excel/ERP). Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials. Issue materials and products as per requisitions. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when needed. Ensure proper storage, handling, and tagging of materials. Perform regular stock audits and physical verification. Identify and report any stock discrepancies or damages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as Store Keeper or Inventory Manager (min. 2 years). Strong knowledge of inventory and store management processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in Store/Materials Management is a plus.
