Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations efficiently.
• Receive materials and verify quantity and quality as per Purchase Order (PO).
• Issue materials to production or other departments against authorized requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain inward and outward registers and related documentation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the store area.
• Handle audits and provide required inventory records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Inventory Management.
• Experience in Store Operations and Stock Control.
• Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience as Store IN charge/Store Executive/Store Officer in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Busy, Oracle, etc.) will be an added advantage.
