Job Description

Franchise Development : - Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners who align with our brand values and business objectives. - Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy to achieve targeted growth objectives. - Conduct market research to identify potential locations and assess market viability. 2. Relationship Building : - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees through effective communication and engagement. - Provide detailed information about our franchise model, investment requirements, and support services to potential partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new franchisees. 3. Sales and Negotiation : - Lead the sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and finalizing agreements. - Conduct presentations and sales meetings to showcase the benefits of our franchise opportunity. - Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. 4. Training and Support : - Collaborate with the training team to ensure that franchisees receive comprehensive training on our stock market hybrid learning programs. - Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
