Job Description

Role & responsibilities Having a holistic understanding of the organization and the industry, will be responsible for overall profitability of the state by ensuring business, building quality portfolio and being within the Opex including risk cost. Guiding and coaching the field teams and coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders in the benefit of overall business. Oversee lead management, credit appraisal, disbursement of loan, customer service and satisfaction. Proactively work on Early Warning Systems to detect and address fraud, infant defaults, or skip signals. Ensuring quality standards and strict adherence to compliance and policies and SOPs. Being close to market and gathering the insights about the changes in the business ecosystem, customer feedback/needs, competitors and making necessary recommendation to the supervisors. Acting as a custodian and ambassador of organizational culture. Manage collections portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and audit policies. Monitor and resolve delinquencies, ensuring consistent achievement of delinquency control triggers. Recruit and manage collection agencies, ensuring timely pay outs and coordination with internal teams. Analyse portfolio behaviour, suggesting necessary enhancement measures to mitigate risk. EBITDA/Working capital management by ensuring Timely collection, Dealer/Customer reconciliation on monthly basis, generating additional volumes through model mix and network coverage, Creating Product Awareness and understanding customer perspective. Lead and motivate a team of location recovery heads, territory recovery managers, and field collectors. Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure team members deliver optimal results. Set targets for in-house and agency channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct one-to-one reviews to monitor team performance, identify low performers, and implement action plans for improvement. Develop and maintain good relationships with dealers and other stakeholders to support sales and collections efforts. Key Requirements - Functional Competencies Qualification - Product Knowledge - System & Process Knowledge - Financial Strategy - Credit Policies Post Graduate in the Marketing Domain or in a similar/related field.
