CRM, Quality Assurance About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Associate to join our growing team in the Marketing Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in QA principles and testing methodologies, with proven experience across the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze is a strong plus This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about quality assurance, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for email campaigns, including content, personalization, dynamic blocks, tracking, and rendering across devices and clients Perform functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for email journeys, segmentation logic, audience criteria, and campaign automation flows Validate audience segments, targeting rules, and triggers within platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Braze Test and validate campaign automations, journey flows, and scheduled or event-based triggers for accuracy and consistency Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate closely with developers, campaign managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Participate in campaign planning and requirement review sessions to identify potential quality risks and provide QA inputs early in the process Contribute to continuous process improvements, including QA documentation, checklists, and potential automation strategies Required Skills And Experience Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the email marketing or marketing automation domain Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically in the context of email development, rendering and responsiveness Experience with at least one email marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Eloqua, or similar) Strong hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman Good knowledge in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and campaign testing Experience collaborating with design teams and reviewing email layouts using tools like Figma Preferred Qualifications Working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Braze is highly desirable Solid understanding of marketing tech QA workflows, including campaign testing, segmentation logic, audience targeting, and Email/SMS/Push Notification rendering Exposure to testing multi-step journeys, automations, and event-based triggers within marketing platforms Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet Our Commitment to Inclusion We believe in inclusivity and do our best work when people with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skills are brought together.
