- Work with multi-disciplinary teams in ensuring a safe and comfortable surgical environment
- Plan, co-ordinate and ensure availability, and functionality of surgical instrumentations, equipment and supplies- Ensure that surgical specimens are correctly labelled, preserved and dispatched to correct laboratories for investigation- Provide safe pre and post-operative delivery of patients to the Operating Room or Post Anesthesia Care Unit- Co-ordinate and manage post-operative patient care in a multi-disciplinary setting- Demonstrate and carry out efficient nursing care, taking care of personal comfort of the patients, administration of drugs and treatment, observation and recording of vital parameters.- Prepare patients for examinations and should do health profiling.- Running the screening program for risk stratification, engaging & counselling patients on modifying the risk factors and lifestyle modifications.- Monitor and record the patient's condition and document provided care services.- Part of the care team for the patients - helping, engaging in every step of care with the patients.- Should help in organizing and participating in community health camps and vaccination drives.- Participate and help with clinical investigations/procedures.
