Trade Processing - Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switches, Transfers. Understand the trade life cycle and process the trades without any error, within the Turn Around Time Ensure trade modules are complete in all respects with regards to Audit trails within the Turn Around Time Understand the PPM thoroughly Review tasks and keep them up-to-date Coordinate / Liaise with other departments objectively whenever requir Understand the KYC, AML and Due diligence processes thoroughly Implement controls to eliminate operational / processing errors. Collaborate with Fund Admin team as it relates to treasury payment requests Process client wire transfers on SS&C treasury platform or client banking platforms upon request from internal fund admin team for the processing of: investor distributions, investment capitalizations, fund expenses, Intra/Interbank funds transfers Maintain treasury application database, add and update wire instructions Identify accounts in GoWire that are old or duplicate and make recommendations for their deletions to ensure clean database for efficient accurate and expedient processing Liaise with Investor Services team as it relates to KYC, AML, and screening clearances Ensure adequacy of funds to cover cash transaction outflows Respond to inquiries and issues raised by internal fund admin team, client, or bank Process accurate resolution of investigations Document solutions for future troubleshooting Assist with onboarding of new clients on SS&C treasury payment application Create payment templates for Pay or Accounts and Payee Accounts for client approval and activation No Free Form Wires

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Science. Master s or PhD a plus. CFA encouraged. FRM and CIPM optional. Expertise with global equity factor models (Barra, Axioma). Knowledge of equity options and equity futures. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Ability to multitask and handle and advise development team. Should be comfortable working in afternoon shift from 1 PM / 2 PM to 10:30 PM / 11:30 PM (9:30 Hours).
