Sr Engineer Stamping Simulation Qualification - 1. B.E. Mechanical/Production 2. A.D.T.D.M/PGDTD & CC/PDTD & CC from IGTR 3. Diploma in Tool & Die Making from NTTF " Required - Simulation Working Skills :- 1) Should have Hands on experience with CATIA V5 GSD(Generative Shape Design) Surfacing Module 2) Should have hands on experience with Autoform simulation software 3) Independently Handling critical parts dieface, FCR & later operations modelling 6) Basic knoweledge of sheet metal formability, stamping simulation, Tool Design & Tryouts 5) Simulation results based problems rectification & process optimisation 6) Dimensional Feedbacks study and FCR requirements 7)Feasibility knowledge of Stamping/Press Parts- RM Utilisation, Process definition, Die Sizes calculation. Software Skills 1) Catia V5/ NX / Solidedge 2) Catia V5 must for simulation 3) Autoform R8/R10 must for simulation 4) MS OFFICE (Excel,Powe_Point, Word)for report / Presentation Basics:- 1) Very Good in GD&T & Drawings understanding 2) Education & Experience in Tool & Die Making 3) Understanding of Press Toolings & Press machine working 4) Basics of Material science-Mechanical Properties & Chemical compositions Softskills:- 1) Should be able to communicate in English, Good written mail communication skills. 2) Good oral & written presentation skills and Customer communication.
