Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Workday systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workday implementations. Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet business needs. Oversee the development of custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support business operations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday systems by performing regular audits and validations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and configurations. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that Workday solutions meet specified requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday implementations. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements. Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for end-users. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday-related activities. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday. Have experience in conducting system testing and validation. Display a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy principles. Be familiar with the latest Workday features and functionalities. Experience in Finance & Accounting domain is a plus. Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality Workday solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
