Job Summary: The Spray Dryer Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of spray drying equipment used in the production of powdered materials. The role includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting the spray dryer system to ensure consistent product quality, maintaining optimal drying parameters, troubleshooting equipment issues, and adhering to safety, hygiene, and operational procedures. The operator also collaborates closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous production. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor spray drying equipment to ensure efficient production. Maintain optimal drying parameters, including temperature, airflow, and feed rate. Ensure product quality by conducting regular quality checks and making necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the spray dryer and related machinery. Follow safety guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in plant. Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime. Maintain production records and report any deviations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: ITI/Diploma or related discipline. Experience: 1–5 years of experience as a Spray Dryer Operator, preferably in cement/chemical/power industry. Technical Skills: Knowledge of spray drying techniques and equipment handling. Strong understanding of plant process and control systems Knowledge of safety and environmental standards Soft Skills: Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
