Key Responsibilities: Event management: Planning and executing event HCL Cyclothons, HCL Squash events and HCL Bridge. Business development: Managing relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and other entities. Marketing: Promoting events, athletes, merchandise, social media, etc Plan and execute engagement activities with cyclists and sports athletes across the year. Key Skills Qualifications Event Logistics and Coordination Budgeting and Financial Management Good knowledge and understanding of production elements Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Sports Marketing Experience: 8-9 years working for an established brand with exposure to Sports Management
