Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation & Commissioning Assist in the installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems Ensure proper AC/DC wiring, inverter setup, and connection to the LT panel or grid Mount and align solar modules accurately and safely Perform earthing and lightning protection installation as per design 2. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems Identify faults in the solar PV system (inverter faults, DC & AC side issues, etc. Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and replacement of defective components. Keep maintenance records and service logs 3. Site Visits & Customer Support Visit sites for performance inspection, service calls, and repairs Provide end-user training on system operation and basic troubleshooting Assist senior engineers in technical audits and validation checks Handle service complaints promptly and efficiently 4. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with the design, execution, and procurement teams Support in collecting installation and service documentation Report site status, material needs, and service updates to the office team v Technical Skills Required: Good understanding of solar system components (Inverter, battery, modules, etc.) AC/DC cable connections, crimping, and insulation Electrical measurements using multimeter and clamp meter Ability to read and understand basic wiring diagrams and SLDs Regards Team HR 9924169268 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Solar Service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
