Solar cleaning solution in Vadodara is looking for a dedicated Solar Panel Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and efficiency of installed solar systems. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling equipment safely, and ensuring optimal performance of solar panels. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month. Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain residential and commercial solar panels to ensure optimal energy output. Use purified water systems, extension poles, and soft brushes for effective cleaning. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues like cracks, soiling, or shading. Handle equipment and tools properly and ensure timely maintenance. Follow safety protocols, especially while working at heights or near electrical systems. Report damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the operations manager. Job Requirements:Candidates with 10th pass or above and 0–1 years of experience in solar cleaning or a similar field can apply. Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, water-fed systems, and safety procedures for working at heights is essential. The role requires good physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety guidelines precisely.
