Description
Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 3-5 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview As a Software Development Engineer at BlueSemi, you will be responsible for the backend architecture, development, and maintenance of our systems. You'll work with a collaborative team to build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet our business needs and exceed user expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire software engineering backend of BlueSemi systems, including creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Design and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud Design and implement robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients Communicate regularly with stakeholders, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs Write clean, efficient code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and analyze performance bottlenecks Develop and oversee testing schedules in server environments, addressing various browsers and devices to ensure content is displayed as intended Recommend systems solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchased alternatives Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing Perform UI tests to optimize performance Provide training and support to internal teams Build reusable code and libraries for future use Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in backend software development Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of version control systems (Git) Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) Preferred Skills Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools Experience with performance optimization and scalability Understanding of security best practices in web development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Back-end development: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
