Project Role : Software Configuration Engineer Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the software meets the necessary specifications and standards, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights on configuration needs. - Document configuration processes and maintain records to ensure compliance with standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Understanding of configuration management tools and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues efficiently.
