Responsibilities Oversees all company social media accounts management Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and images for use on social media Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces Qualifications/Skills Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
