Job Title: Accounts & Finance Officer Location: Nighoje Chakan, Pune Department: Accounts & Finance Reporting To: Acc & Finance Manager / Plant Head Job Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive / Officer to join our team at our Nighoje–Chakan facility. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally/ERP systems, and good understanding of statutory compliance in the manufacturing/automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/Tally (purchase, sales, expenses, ). Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (vendor bills, supplier payments, customer invoicing, collections). Prepare and maintain General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L Account, and Balance Sheet . Responsible for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax filings & compliance . Ensure timely vendor and customer reconciliation . Assist in budgeting, costing, and variance analysis . Support statutory, tax, and internal audit activities. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Prepare and share MIS reports – cash flow, outstanding, fund requirement, costing reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory laws, and accounting standards. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting systems . Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliance . Strong analytical ability with excellent accuracy in reporting. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting) . Good coordination skills with internal teams (SCM, PPC, HR, Production). Qualification & Experience Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Account&Finance) Experience: 3–6 years in Accounts & Finance (preferably in manufacturing/automotive industry). Added Advantage: Knowledge of statutory compliance & audit handling. Key Attributes High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive approach in cost control & financial planning.
