Job Description – Site Supervisor

Designation: Site Supervisor
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Gender: Male candidates only
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers at the site
• Monitor material usage and report site progress regularly
• Ensure safety standards and quality control at the site
• Assist senior engineers in site execution and documentation

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of civil construction practices
• Willingness to work at site locations
• Good communication and coordination skills
